This round of financing funds will be used for the continuous production expansion, operation and R & D investment of Zhanxin Electronic Yiwu SiC wafer plant.

Zhanxin 6-inch SiC wafer plant has been completed and successfully put into mass production, followed by a number of industrial and automotive customers to provide adequate capacity assurance and high-quality delivery, and continue to promote the iterative development of SiC processes and products. Up to now, SiC MOSFET has produced more than 2 million pieces of goods.

CTOnews.com learned that Zhanxin officially released three representative products of 1200V 80m Ω SiC MOSFET (AEC-Q101), 1200V 40A SiC SBD (AEC-Q101) and neighboring driver chip IVCR1402 (AEC-Q100) in March this year. Subsequently, a series of products were mass produced, such as 1200V high current SiC MOSFET products (AEC-Q101), industrial grade SiC SOT227 module products, the industry's first CCM totem pole PFC analog control chip, isolated general gate driver chip (click here), compact SiC special gate driver chip.

The silicon carbide MOSFET, SBD and drive IC products developed by Zhanxin Electronics have completed the specification-level certification and entered well-known automobile and head photovoltaic enterprises in large quantities, among which MOSFET has a high market share in China. Since the second half of 2022, Zhanxin Electronics has taken the lead in adopting the IDM mode, and the 6-inch silicon carbide wafer factory has been put into production. It is one of the few domestic enterprises with both chip design ability and manufacturing experience.
