CTOnews.com, December 21 (Xinhua)-- one plus has announced a partnership with keyboard maker KeyChron to launch its own mechanical keyboard. The official page of the keyboard is now online, with features and design elements announced and said it will be launched in February next year. Now MySmartPrice, a foreign technology media, brings you a physical picture of the keyboard, which may be included under the Nord brand.

Yogesh Brar, the whistleblower, said that the mechanical keyboard may be called "OnePlus Nord Keyboard" after it goes on sale. The keyboard is developed in partnership with Keychron and is expected to be launched simultaneously with the same plus 11 5G phone in February next year.

CTOnews.com learned that the physical picture shows a "OnePlus Nord" logo in the lower left corner of the keyboard and a rotary encoder knob in the upper right corner. There is no dedicated numeric key on the right side of the keyboard. The keyboard will use Keychron keyspindles and caps. Plus a hot-swappable keycap that will provide a variety of color options at release, the keyboard will also support the configuration of RGB lighting effects.

The main body of the keyboard is made of aluminum and plastic and is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux systems. There will also be USB Type-c and USB Type-A ports, and the keyboard will support Bluetooth 5.2. The keyboard will be launched in India and will cost between 8000 and 10000 rupees (674.10 to 842.63 yuan).
