CTOnews.com December 21, Lenovo yesterday unveiled a new generation of IdeaPad Pro 5 series notebooks with a new generation of processors, and also exposed Nvidia's RTX 3050 6GB mobile GPU.

CTOnews.com learned that Nvidia's current RTX 3050 GPU uses GA107 GPU, has a 2048CUDA core, and is equipped with 4GB memory. The core of the new version of RTX 3050 CUDA is unknown and the video memory has been upgraded to 6GB.

Not long ago, a Samsung laptop appeared in the Geekbench, equipped with an i7-13700H processor, a 20-cell graphics card and 6GB memory, which now looks like the RTX 3050 6GB. The RTX 3050 6GB OpenCL ran with a score of 72497, compared with the 50000-70000 score for the RTX 3050 Ti.

In addition to RTX 3050 6GB, Lenovo's new generation of IdeaPad Pro 5 series notebooks will also carry RTX 4050 GPU, which is not available for the time being.

According to Lenovo, the IdeaPad Pro 514 and IdeaPad Pro 516 acute dragon versions will be available in May 2023, starting at 1099 euros (about 8133 yuan). The Core version will go on sale in April next year, starting at 1199 euros (about 8873 yuan).
