The announcement points out that the abbreviation of English shares used to buy and sell shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from "YTOEXPINTL" to "YTOINTLEXP", and the abbreviation of Chinese shares will be changed from "Yuantong Express International" to "Yuantong International Express", effective from 09:00 on December 28, 2022. The company's stock code remains unchanged at "6123".

CTOnews.com understands that Yuantong Express International said in its announcement that after the change of the company name takes effect, all existing securities certificates printed with the company's old English name and Chinese dual foreign name will continue to be the evidence of the company's ownership of the securities, and will continue to be effectively used to buy, sell, settle, register and settle the same number of securities of the company with the new English name and Chinese dual foreign name.

According to reports, Yuantong Express International will not make any arrangements for free replacement of a new certificate with the company's new English name and new Chinese dual foreign name with the company's existing securities certificate. With effect from December 28, 2022, the company's new securities certificate will only be issued under the company's new English name and Chinese dual foreign name.
