CTOnews.com news on December 20, China Telecom Co., Ltd. today released a major operating data announcement for November 2022. The number of mobile subscribers in November reached 391 million, with a net increase of 600000 in that month and a cumulative net increase of 18.65 million in that year.

Among them, the number of 5G package users reached 263 million, with a net increase of 6.02 million in the month and a cumulative net increase of 75.14 million in that year.

In November 2022, the number of cable broadband subscribers of China Telecom reached 180 million, with a net increase of 920000 in that month and a cumulative net increase of 10.92 million in that year.

In November 2022, the number of fixed telephone subscribers of China Telecom reached 105 million, with a net decrease of 110000 in that month and a cumulative net decrease of 1.28 million in that year.

For comparison, as of October 2022, the number of China Telecom mobile subscribers reached 390.48 million, with a net increase of 590000 in October and a cumulative net increase of 18.05 million this year. Among them, the number of customers of China Telecom 5G package reached 256.92 million, with a net increase of 5.88 million in October and a cumulative net increase of 69.12 million this year.

CTOnews.com learned that China Telecom's operating income in the third quarter was 117.624 billion yuan, up 7.9% from the same period last year, while revenue in the first three quarters was 357.843 billion yuan, up 9.6% from the same period last year. In the third quarter, the net profit was 6.252 billion yuan, up 12% from the same period last year; in the first three quarters, the net profit was 24.543 billion yuan, up 5.2% from the same period last year.
