According to reports, the chip integrates four high-performance RISC-V CPU, supports IEEE802.11ax and is downwards compatible with IEEE802.11a / b / g / n / ac protocol; it adopts 2.4GHz / 5GHz dual-frequency architecture and supports DBDC dual-frequency concurrency, as well as a number of high-speed interfaces and various peripheral interfaces, which can provide industry-leading RF and baseband performance.

The company said that at present, the chip is mainly used in TV, flat panel, PC, smart speakers and other consumer electronics fields, its performance has reached the international leading level, and has reached a deep cooperation with head brand customers.

CTOnews.com learned that Wuqi Microelectronics is a semiconductor chip developer, focusing on communications, semiconductors, electronics and other fields, its products include Bluetooth, communications, AI, Internet of things chips, etc., successfully mass-produced the first Wi-Fi 4 chip in 2021, and has been used in the products of TP-Link and other manufacturers.

The company also pointed out that its high-speed data transmission Wi-Fi 6 AP plan will be released next year, and the next generation of high-end chip products such as Wi-Fi 6e and Wi-Fi 7 are being designed and pre-developed.
