Up to now, China has more than 400 million telecom Internet of things users, including more than 200 million NB-IoT users, which is the largest NB-IoT operator in the world, the first operator with more than 100 million NB-IoT users, and the largest NB-IoT intelligent meter reading operation in the world.

In the construction of the Internet of things platform, vigorously carry out the core technology of the mobile animal Internet, independently develop a distributed Internet of things operating system CTWing OS with international advanced level and end-to-side cloud integration, realize the organic decoupling of the massive heterogeneous resources on the cloud side, support the safe and reliable access of 100 million super-large-scale terminals, and provide guidance for solving the problems of terminal fragmentation and application long tail in the era of "thing Superman". The Tianyi Internet of things platform (AIoT), independently developed based on the CTWing OS kernel, provides ubiquitous intelligent connectivity, ubiquitous terminal awareness, application one-stop enabling, unified operation, end-to-end security and data integration, and has been certified by the industry's first "cloud-side integrated AIoT platform". For 5G high-speed scenario, build 5G 2B SA private network, launch 5G customized network "go far, neighbor, such as wing" three service models, build 5G customized network operation and management capacity, launch 5G capacity Rubik's cube, and accelerate the process of industrial digital transformation. At present, China Telecom has built more than 4500 5G customized network projects and more than 13000 commercial projects in the 5G industry, forming a series of typical cases such as smart mines, smart factories, smart cities, smart medical care, and so on.
