In 2022, the confrontation of Tencent PC game plug-in is fierce, the sample size is still high, and the power and energy is 12% higher than that in 2021.

In the past 2 years, customization accounts for more than 68% of mobile game plug-ins.

The amount of punishment for underground game industry increased significantly in 2022.

The illegal content in the game is gradually transferred from text to pictures and voice.

The security problem of game account is serious, and the number of stolen Trojans has increased by 300%.

DDoS attacks in the game industry are the highest in the industry.

With the rapid improvement of players' awareness of the right to know and the requirements for the level of service of players, the construction of security services has entered the fast lane.

Specifically, there is a fierce confrontation between end-end games and plug-ins in 2022, with an average monthly sample size of 2017, an increase of 1.8% over the same period last year, and a monthly average of 3282 features, an increase of 12% over the same period last year. The number of plug-in functions of mobile games has increased more obviously, which is 4.28 times of the plug-in sample size. This means that the same plug-in has more diverse functions, making it more difficult to detect and confront.

In terms of game account security, Trojans, fishing fraud, hitting the library, rental number borrowing have become the main means for the underground industry to covertly implement the behavior of account theft. In addition, the average daily horse weight in 2022 is more than 300% higher than in 2021, with a maximum of more than 150000 in a single day. Game accounts are usually associated with real-name information, the problem of theft is not only related to the gains and losses of a single account, under the action of the theft gang, the risk of users' privacy information being used by the underground industry will increase significantly.

According to the White Paper, the gaming industry is the place with the highest incidence of DDoS attacks and the industry that suffers the most DDoS attacks, especially in 2022, accounting for 42% of the total attacks in the industry, up from 26% in 2021. Among them, offshore games have become a hot spot of attacks in the underground industry in a complex overseas environment, accounting for 40% of the total attacks in the industry in the first half of 2022. Mobile games accounted for nearly 50% of DDoS attacks, accounting for a high proportion of attacks.
