It is reported that Avatar 2 uses the double frame rate of 48fps in some underwater or flying sports scenes to make the picture look smoother. The traditional 24fps frame rate is used in pictures such as character dialogue, which makes the picture look more cinematic. Cameron said the reason he didn't use 48fps throughout the film was that it made some scenes too smooth and counterproductive.

According to Cat's Eye Professional Edition, Avatar 2 has grossed 160 million yuan at the box office. The film currently has a Douban rating of 8.4.

CTOnews.com learned that Avatar: the way of Water, directed by James Cameron and starring Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana, takes place 14 years after the first film, when the former male and female actors have settled down and formed families, and the center of the film revolves around their children.
