Print specified area when printing, you only want to print a certain part of the area of a table. what should I do?

This problem can be easily solved by using the Paging Preview function.

👉 procedure:

❶ in the View tab, click the Page Preview function in Workbook View

❷ select the area we want to print, [right]-set the print area so that we can print the place we specify.

Only the first page of the printed form has a header. Do you have to add the rest one by one?

This is too much trouble!

In fact, all you need to do is set [print title line] before printing.

👉 procedure:

❶ simply click print title on the Page layout tab.

❷ then selects the title area in the Top title Row of the worksheet, and finally clicks OK.

In this way, every page of the printed form will have a header.

The form is not fully printed what if you want to print out the whole form, but the result is only half printed?

In fact, as long as the ↓↓↓ operation is done before printing, it will OK.

👉 procedure:

❶ only needs to click Page Preview on the View tab before printing.

After ❷, we can see a dotted line outside which is what is printed to the second page.

❸ now we just need to drag the dotted line to the edge of the table and print everything on one page.
