CTOnews.com December 16 news, antivirus software evaluation site AV-TEST in August this year, the test platform will be upgraded from Win10 to Win11 system. However, in the latest review, AV-TEST reduced the test platform from Win11 to Win10, but it is not clear why.

After upgrading to the Win11 platform for the first time in August, Defender was at the bottom of the AV-TEST test. On a scale of 18 out of 18, Defender only scored 16, ranking last.

After the latest phase of the test platform fell back to Win10, Defender scored 17 points, which is no longer at the bottom. This is probably just a coincidence, not because Defender is doing better on the Win10 platform, but because Microsoft has recently made a lot of optimizations to Defender.
