Corning Phase II (glass substrate furnace production line project) is the second project invested by Corning Company in the soil and water new city of Liangjiang New area. The project covers an area of 146mu, with a total investment of US $1 billion (about 6.95 billion yuan) and a total building size of 110800 square meters. It mainly builds 4 furnace molding production lines for the front section of display glass substrates of 8.5 generation and above, with an estimated production capacity of 350 million-400 million square feet per year. At the same time, Corning also invested 423 million US dollars (about 2.94 billion yuan) to build the production line of Corning Phase III gorilla glass furnace in the second phase of the plant.

At present, the participating units of the project are speeding up the construction of the third phase of the gorilla project in Corning, and strive to complete and put into production as scheduled.
