On December 15, Zhongwei's first batch of iron phosphate materials were officially delivered, marking the realization of large-scale mass production of Zhongwei iron phosphate products, and the company has entered a new stage of product matrix of nickel series, cobalt system and phosphorus system.

This delivery of iron phosphate products adopts Zhongwei's independently developed and upgraded production process and self-designed non-standard customized professional equipment, and its stability, uniformity, impurity content, MI and the number of metal particles have reached the industry-leading level. In the preparation process, the company fully draws lessons from the mature production process of the industry, and upgrades the "ammonium two-step" reaction synthesis process through independent innovation, so that the multi-stage reaction process can be carried out in stages, so that all levels of reaction do not affect each other and the reaction is fuller. The impurities of the products are lower, and the stability and uniformity are better.

In terms of production line design, thanks to the experience in R & D and manufacturing of precursor materials, Zhongwei Ferric Phosphate Workshop uses DCS fully automatic production line to achieve fully automatic design in addition to feeding, effectively prevent and control foreign bodies, achieve error prevention, and ensure product consistency and quality. In terms of carbon reduction and environmental protection, the production line adopts the most advanced waste heat recovery material drying equipment in the industry to save energy and reduce carbon; 95% of the waste water is recycled internally, and all phosphorus and nitrogen compounds in the waste water are recycled into compound fertilizers, turning waste into treasure.

Zhongwei is a comprehensive service provider of new energy materials across nickel, cobalt, phosphorus and sodium material systems. It will build an integrated industrial base of phosphorus system, and plan three major areas: phosphorus series material area, fine phosphating area and phosphate mineral resources area, with a total planned investment of 10 billion yuan. After the project is fully completed and put into operation, the total output value is expected to exceed 50 billion yuan.
