However, from January to November, industrial production remained overall stable, upgrading development continued, and new kinetic energy continued to grow. From the perspective of future development, China's industrial growth space is still broad, under the role of policies to promote the development of the real economy, the industrial economy will continue to grow steadily.

First, from a cumulative point of view, industrial production is generally stable. The cumulative growth rate of the industry remained stable. From January to November, the added value of industries above scale increased by 3.8% compared with the same period last year, down 0.2 percentage points from January to October. Industries in most industries and regions have maintained growth. From January to November, 28 of the 41 major industries maintained growth, accounting for 68.3% of the 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the industrial added value of 25 regions maintained growth, accounting for 80.6%.

Second, from the perspective of structure, the trend of industrial transformation and upgrading continues. Despite the complex and severe external environment, the adjustment of the global industrial chain supply chain, and the increasing pressure of decoupling and disconnection, the innovation and development of our country has been continuously strengthened, and the upgrading and development of the industrial manufacturing industry has continued. The high-tech manufacturing industry is growing rapidly. From January to November, the added value of high-tech manufacturing increased by 8.0% compared with the same period last year, 4.2 percentage points faster than full-scale industries. The equipment manufacturing industry is growing well. From January to November, the added value of the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 6.2% compared with the same period last year, 2.4 percentage points faster than the full-scale industry. New industrial dynamics can continue to grow. From January to November, the output of mobile communication base station equipment, industrial control computers and systems increased by 22.2% and 16.8% respectively compared with the same period last year.

Third, from the perspective of prospects, there is a broad space for industrial development. China has a solid foundation for industrial development, with the most complete industrial system, strong industrial supporting capacity, obvious advantages in scale, and continuous improvement in international competitiveness, which is conducive to dealing with various risks and challenges and constantly expanding the market. From the point of view of demand, China has the most growing domestic demand market in the world, and the super-large market has broad space, so speeding up the construction of a new development pattern will release great development potential. Under the background of accelerating the transformation of global energy utilization, China actively promotes the use of green energy products, increases market cultivation, and the effect continues to show. From January to November, the output of new energy vehicles and solar cells increased by 100.5% and 44.1% respectively compared with the same period last year.
