CTOnews.com December 15 News, American Stock Exchange filings show that on December 15, Musk reported the sale of at least $3.58 billion worth of Tesla shares. Musk sold at least 22 million Tesla shares, according to the documents.

CTOnews.com learned that Tesla's share price continued to fall at the close of trading on Wednesday, causing the company's market capitalization to fall below the $500 billion (3.48 trillion yuan) mark for the first time since November 2020.

Tesla's share price has fallen 55% so far this year, lagging behind major automakers and technology companies such as general motors, Ford, apple and Amazon. Musk has also lost his position as the richest man in the world because of the decline in Tesla's share price.

Musk has forgotten his promise not to sell Tesla since he "set his sights on Twitter". After announcing the acquisition of Twitter, Musk has sold more than $19 billion in Tesla shares.
