CTOnews.com December 15 news, Sony's 2018 review game "God of War" will launch a live TV series, Wednesday, Amazon officially announced that it has booked the entire season of the show.

Based on the popular 2018 game, the real-life series follows Kratos and his son on a journey to scatter his wife's ashes, fighting new gods and monsters as they travel, and testing the emotional bond between father and son.

CTOnews.com understands that the series will be produced by Amazon Studios and Sony Pictures in conjunction with PlayStation Productions, with Iron Man writers Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby serving as the reality series writers and God of War game director Cory Barlog serving as executive producer. The show will be available via Amazon's Prime Video streaming platform and will be available in more than 240 countries and territories.
