According to reports, OPPO Andean smart cloud is a pan-terminal smart cloud serving individuals, families and developers, committed to "making terminals smarter." As one of the three core technologies of OPPO, Andean smart cloud provides cloud-to-cloud collaborative data storage and intelligent computing services, and is the "digital brain" of the integration of all things.

In the application (SaaS) layer, it provides solutions including intelligent recommendation, intelligent interaction, embodied intelligent service and other solutions to support multi-end device consistent experience and multi-scene application and service innovation.

In the PaaS layer, six platform capabilities are built, including end-cloud data storage, end-cloud machine learning, end-cloud real-time rendering, intelligent dialogue, hardware simulation and security privacy.

At the infrastructure (IaaS) layer, is the global hybrid cloud infrastructure. In 2022, the world's first self-built data center of OPPO was put into use. The OPPO Intelligent Cloud (Greater Bay area) data center in Dongguan innovatively implemented a full-link carbon reduction scheme to achieve 100% green electricity and overall zero carbon emissions; the liquid cooling unit PUE was as low as 1.15; it adopted advanced GPU training cluster and interconnection architecture, which could support hundreds of billions of super model pre-training.

CTOnews.com learned that OPPO offers CubeFS-based solutions. CubeFS is the first open source cloud native distributed storage project in China run by OPPO and hosted by CNCF (Cloud Native Foundation). As one of the modules, CubeFS For Android can expand the storage space indefinitely by embedding the cloud file system into the terminal OS layer. Users do not need to migrate backups when changing devices, and can achieve a consistent experience on different devices.

There are two important application scenarios for CubeFS For Android:

OPPO unlimited cloud photo album: OPPO will comprehensively upgrade storage space, improve multimodal search capabilities and proactive recommendation services. Even 5000 megapixel photos and 4K UHD videos can be safely stored, with a more accurate search and a more exciting photo album generation experience.

Casual office space: under the premise of obtaining user authorization, files scattered in different terminals and different applications are automatically uploaded to the cloud, and multi-format files are opened on point and consistent with multi-device office experience.

OPPO cloud machine learning system StarFire promotes Xiao Bu to evolve to generative AI and embodied intelligence. From passive service to active suggestion upgrade, from single scene to global intelligence upgrade, from assistive tool to life assistant, and further to generative AI, embodied intelligence and other technology strategies.

Xiao Bu painting: based on Duanyun machine learning platform to train to form a generative AI ability to promote the transformation of content creation paradigm from PGC and UGC to AIGC.

Xiaobu family robot: as a typical representative of embodied AI, it not only provides more user-friendly design, but also has the ability of multi-modal interaction including voice, vision, touch, behavior, environment, as well as health care, remote communication and home companionship.

OPPO cloud real-time rendering engine helps users build hyperrealistic digital human and 3D virtual space.

Through cloud-side real-time rendering and ultra-low latency streaming technology, lightweight access is achieved on the end side, and users do not need to be constrained by terminal performance and cost to build digital body and 3D virtual space.

OPPO hyperrealistic digital human: high-precision mannequin modeling in the cloud, million-face modeling, bone binding, bionic driving algorithm and real-time motion capture, real-time rendering with ultra-low latency less than 30ms, HD push smaller than 50ms, etc., so that content creators do not need high-configuration computers, only ordinary notebooks can be used to draw while rendering, so that everyone can have their own digital body. Provide new social and service paradigms for digital aborigines.
