In June 2020, Seven Rainbow released the first batch of domestic master and domestic Flash matching scheme SSD, named "Guochuang Battle halberd" series. The products are 128g, 256g and 512G with SATA interface, using Lianyun 0902 master (later updated to 1102 master) and 64-layer 256Gb TLC 3D NAND (later updated to 128layer 512GB TLC 3D NAND) of Changjiang storage Xtacking architecture.

In 2021, Changjiang Storage launched the 128layer 512Gb TLC 3D NAND of Xtacking architecture, and Lianyun launched its MAP1202 PCIE 3.0master. The frequency between master and Flash can reach 1600MT / s, which is a perfect match. In November 2021, Seven Caihong launched the second batch of domestic master and domestic Flash SSD, PCIE3.0 X4 products with M.2 NVMe interface, namely CN600 256G / 512G / 1TB Battle halberd series products, and positioned them as its flagship products. In 2022, Seven Rainbow upgraded the warranty time of its "Battle halberd" series of SSD products (including sold products) from three years to five years, and doubled the TBW warranty.

In September 2022, Seven Rainbow launched the PCIE4.0X4 product series with M.2 NVMe interface, named CN700 series, its main control uses Lianyun 1602, the running frequency of this master control can reach 2400MT / s, because the Flash can only reach 1600MT / s, its reading speed is about 5000MB/s, and its speed can reach the mainstream speed of the original brand.

Until November 2022, Flash, which can run on 2400MT / s, was first launched by Changjiang Storage in the consumer market, and domestic brands began to use the master control of 2400MT / s and Flash, so that PCIE4.0 SSD can run on 7000MB/s without DRAM cache.

CTOnews.com learned that the master control scheme adopted in the Seven Rainbow CN700 Battle halberd series is Lianyun 1602. In fact, some time ago, the basic version of the CN700 series released by the Seven Rainbow series adopted this master running on 2400MT / s. As you can see from the basic version of CN700, even with 1600MT / s Flash, you can easily reach the speed of 5000MB/s without relying on DRMA. The CN700 halberd of the Seven Rainbow will be sold in three models: CN700 512GB / 1TB / 2TB. The read speed is above 7000MB/s, and the performance will be comparable to the mainstream flagship PCIe 4.0SSD in the market.
