CTOnews.com Microsoft released KB5021233 and KB5021237 cumulative updates for Windows 10 22H2, 21H2, 21H1 and 1809 feature updates, fixing many security vulnerabilities and 20 bugs, but also improving system performance.

This Windows 10 cumulative update is mandatory and will be automatically updated via Windows Update when the device is running online. Users can also click Go to Settings and click Windows Update to manually check for updates.

Microsoft also confirmed that Windows 10, 22H2, 21H2 versions and optional, non-secure versions of Windows 10 Support (known as "C" or Preview) will not be released this month.

CTOnews.com understands that Microsoft's main fixes in this update are as follows:

Fixed an issue where the camera app would stop responding when out of memory.

The search box now appears on the taskbar by default when the taskbar is set at the top of the screen or when you turn on the mini taskbar button mode. You can use the search box to find information and search your computer and network directly from the taskbar. To configure how search appears, right-click the taskbar of the main display and hover over search.

By default, Cortana is no longer pre-pinned to your taskbar. If you want to repin Cortana to your taskbar, enable it in Settings app.
