According to reports, the current inventory adjustment in the market is roughly in line with expectations, but the purchasing power and consumption amount of 3C products in the double 11 Shopping Festival in Chinese mainland region is still lower than expected. In the future, we must continue to observe the sales of consumer products in Europe and the United States at the end of the year. If inventory adjustment returns to a healthy level, prices will also have reasonable room for increase.

Peng Shuanglang revealed that recently, it has been observed that some customers and brands have received urgent orders and began to pull goods, and the capacity utilization rate of some production lines of some panel enterprises has gradually rebounded, but it is still not a comprehensive increase in capacity utilization, and the relevant effects can be observed continuously in the future.

Talking about Youda's plan to set up a factory in the United States, Peng Shuanglang said that in recent years, the global supply chain has changed from a long chain to a short chain, and the supply chain will be deconstructed and then reconstructed, and it will certainly be closer to the market in the process of restructuring. Youda is already the top two major suppliers of automotive panels in the world, and it is a trend to be close to the market, so it will also go to North America to set up factories according to the needs of automotive customers.

As for whether Youda will choose to set up a factory in the United States or Mexico, Peng Shuanglang said frankly that it has not yet been determined, but in the future, the planning of the North American plant will mainly focus on the latter part of the module to be assembled, and the first stage of the production process will still be dominated by Taiwan. The plan to set up a plant in North America is expected to make a final decision next year, hoping to produce more in 2025.
