Released from Huaibei, this is the largest coal-fired unit coupled biomass power generation project in China, and it is also the first domestic biomass bulk direct crushing coal-fired coupling project.

It is understood that through the technical transformation of a 660MW coal-fired unit, the unit can burn 40 tons of biological straw per hour, producing 230 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity each year, using 250000 tons of biomass fuel, equivalent to 100000 tons of standard coal, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 270000 tons.

It is reported that the project has the characteristics of high operational efficiency, good economic benefits and zero carbon emissions. while optimizing the energy structure and promoting the transformation and development of green and low-carbon, it has realized the efficient use of biomass energy such as rural straw. effectively optimize the allocation of regional energy resources, promote the construction of ecological civilization, and inject "green" kinetic energy into rural revitalization.
