This new feature, similar to the suggested replies function, saves valuable time by allowing users to attach and send files more easily with AI.

After this feature is enabled, Microsoft Teams will detect whether you have any signs of sharing files while chatting, and display them accordingly. Users can quickly select files according to their needs and send them with one click. If you think these suggestions don't help, you should also have the option to ignore them, just as you can ignore the responses to the suggestions and enter whatever you want to say.

CTOnews.com learned that according to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, the Teams AI file-sharing feature will be available in February next year.
