Tianji 8200 adopts TSMC's new generation of 4nm process technology, the architecture is 1+3+4 design, including 4 Cortex A78, the highest frequency is 3.1GHz, plus 4 energy efficiency core A55, the main frequency is 2.0GHz.

Compared with Tianji 8100, Tianji 8200 has been upgraded in process, CPU frequency has been improved, and Mali-G610 GPU and APU 580 are integrated, which improves energy efficiency by 8% and 13% respectively.
