December 13-SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has spent most of his time at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco since buying social media Twitter last October. This makes NASA worried about whether Musk can take care of so many companies. Bill Nelson (Bill Nelson), director of NASA on Sunday local time, revealed that he had asked SpaceX president Gwynne Shotwell whether Musk's acquisition of Twitter would affect SpaceX's operations and the company's commitment to NASA.

Nielsen reportedly asked Schottwell in early December: "tell me the truth, will Musk's attention to Twitter affect SpaceX?"

Nielsen revealed that Schottwell assured him that Musk had "nothing to worry about".

"I hugged her with a smile because I knew she was in charge of that company," Nielsen said. "she is running SpaceX."

Currently, SpaceX is working with NASA on the Artemis moon landing program, with the goal of returning astronauts to the moon by the end of 2025. NASA has provided billions of dollars to SpaceX, a company led by Musk.

Director NASA is not the first to express concern that Musk will devote all his energy to Twitter. It was reported last week that Tesla investors were worried that Mr Musk had "abandoned" the electric carmaker in favour of Twitter.

Musk has spent most of the past few months at Twitter headquarters in San Francisco, even sleeping in his office. He also reportedly called in engineers from other companies, such as Tesla and SpaceX, to help transform Twitter.

"I continue to supervise Tesla and SpaceX, but the team there is so good that I usually don't have to do anything," Musk wrote on Twitter last Thursday.

Musk's current investment in Twitter is mainly focused on product updates and the release of so-called "internal Twitter documents".

Musk said last month that he was looking for someone else to run Twitter and planned to eventually reduce the time he spent at the company.
