This review is divided into five steps: analysis of manuscripts, search for inspiration, preparation of materials, page production, and detail optimization.

01. The analysis of the original manuscript assignment is as follows:

First of all, the content of PPT is analyzed.

I learned that this is a press conference about the atrium in country Garden, which mainly focuses on several advantages of the atrium. As the logic in the original work is very simple and has been divided, we can directly use the content logic in the original.

Then there is the choice of overall design style.

What is the design style? In fact, it is the color matching and overall temperament of the work. As we all know, for the design of the party and government or science and technology style, we will have a very clear design style in our minds: for example, the red and yellow color matching of the party and government gives people the feeling of being both red and professional, while the blue and green color matching of the science and technology style gives people a sense of mysterious high-end.

As for the real estate style, we usually come into contact with less, in fact, the real estate itself is an illusory concept. Therefore, we may not be able to build a design style in our mind, so we need to consult relevant materials and cases to find inspiration and finalize the style.

02. Looking for inspiration when you don't know the style of a company, the best way is to search the company's website first.

The following is the official website of country Garden:

Through the official website, we know that country Garden is a real estate company, and its color matching and design give people a clean and professional temperament.

Next, use "real estate" as the keyword to search some related design pages as an inspiration reference. Here is the first "petal net". After searching, I will get a lot of inspiration pages. I will integrate them into two categories, dark and light:

When you search for different styles of inspiration, you need to screen, which determines the general trend of your later design, so this step is very important.

This time I chose the light color system, which is mainly related to the official website of country Garden. It is not difficult to find that the dark color design is actually universal and can be used in major real estate companies, but to reflect the tonality of country Garden itself, I still choose a refreshing and clean light color system.

03. After preparing the material and drawing inspiration from the design, we need to make some preparations for the production of the page, such as icons, background pictures and PNG decorative elements. Here, I recommend the two websites, Picture Network and find elements. The following are the materials collected this time:

The preparation phase of the material does not end here. The material may be changed at any time during the production of the page, and this step will be completed with the entire PPT.

04. Page production to the page production step, in order to improve efficiency, do not pursue every page to achieve the extreme, but to make a complete page on it.

This design is based on the cyan color of the official website, with yellow auxiliary. Font selection Fangzheng clear engraved version Yue Song simplified.

The manuscript has a dark background, and we want to use a light color system to design, so first find a light color background image.

Why choose a light background? Because we want to create a sense of Chinese ink style, and the light color system is also consistent with the color tone of the country Garden official website, we choose a light background.

But note that the light background is not a pure white background, because the pure white background is too monotonous and lacks a sense of context.

You can consider using some mountain textures to decorate, so as to avoid the visual monotony of the page and reflect the flavor of Chinese style. The following is the background found on the camera network:

After the background is determined, it is necessary to find some decorative elements related to the theme to enrich the picture.

Since it is a real estate company, you need to have a house (here I also set a simple reflection on the house). After joining logo, you can get the following page:

This page contains very little content, only three key words. I chose a green tone of the picture overlay, and then covered with a white gradient mask, and then add the hollowed-out text design, here are three keywords. My initial typesetting design is as follows:

The original layout is upper and lower layout, because the screen size is relatively wide, so I changed to left and right typesetting, and then let the title scattered, more design sense. At the same time, in order to prevent the page from being monotonous, pictures are added to enrich the picture.

This one is quite a lot of content. The title is the business biosphere, and many people will want to put the title in the middle and draw some circles around to express the concept of the biosphere.

Of course, this kind of design is intuitive and great, but most people can think of it, but it is not outstanding enough, is there any other way to express the concept of biosphere?

I thought of a design by Xuhui Real Estate that I saw before:

I am very impressed by the concept of divergence from the central point in the picture, and I think it can also be used to express the concept that there are many areas covered by the business circle, so I have the following design.

The choice of characters here is very important. The characters in the original manuscript are very dark and melancholy, which is not quite in line with the temperament of the current picture, so I re-chose a character picture that matches the temperament of the picture:

At this point, not to mention how exquisite the work is, at least the prototype has come out, which can be regarded as a qualified work.

05. Optimize the details of the cover to optimize from the cover:

At present, the page is relatively empty, you need to add details, such as temperament bamboo, Xiangyun and so on.

In addition, the picture is relatively flat, so I drew a ground at the bottom to create a sense of scene; at the same time, add a draft of high-rise lines to the back of the house to enrich the picture, while high-rise buildings also highlight the feeling of real estate tycoons.

90% of this page has been made, but it has not yet reached the feeling of light in front of my eyes. So I designed the font again, that is, the design of the word "and". I referred to the following page:

We can see that the word "different" on the page is particularly outstanding, so I analyzed the font and copied it. Specific operations include: stroke splitting, gradient filling, 3D formatting and other operations. The page after font design is as follows:

It can be seen that it is just a font design, coupled with some bamboo leaves interspersed to make the whole page stand out a lot.

Page two

The current problem is that the picture is dark, hollow and dirty. Although the hollowed-out text is more brilliant, it is still not enough. I thought about whether the relationship between the text and the picture could be designed in reverse. In this way, the picture is very bright and more design.

Another small detail is the faint green glow effect at the bottom of the picture, which is actually the effect of adding shape elements and shadows at the bottom of the picture.

The Chinese character serial number of the screen is the highlight, which mainly uses the background picture filling and setting white shadow, and the bottom text is also marked with details such as pinyin and leaf decoration, making the overall page more new Chinese style temperament.

Page 3

This page is also lack of detailed description, I still carry on the text design, the word "no" will be lengthened to make the title more holistic. At the same time, add bamboo leaf modification to fill the left blank.

The word processing on this page is the same as on the previous page. However, at present, the text on the page is relatively scattered, so I add abstract curves to concatenate, and light-colored pictures are also added in the lower right corner to enrich the picture:
