Raja Koduri: my first priority is to improve performance per watt or provide higher performance at lower power consumption. There will always be people who say, "I'll give you more performance," but my focus is on reducing power. I find that another problem with just increasing power and bragging about benchmarking is that although it is good from a marketing point of view, not many users can actually buy it / have a need to buy it, and it greatly reduces the overall market, right?

Gadgets360: does this mass-market approach mean that you focus on mid-and low-end products first, and then launch high-end products?

Raja Koduri: there is no limit to the high end. What is the definition of high-end? Is it 600W? Obviously, our partners and our customers want some trump card products to show off, and we always find a way to achieve this. But at this point, my first task is to attract the core audience through a power interface to achieve a power consumption of 200-225W. If you are sure of this, even if the number is offset, it can be called sweet spot power consumption.

CTOnews.com learned that Raja Koduri also revealed in the interview the improvement of the 14-generation Core Meteor Lake, which claims to change the entire pattern of integrated graphics cards, even the low-end Pentium and Cy Young will make great progress.
