After further investigation, it was found that the act had been suspected of illegally producing and selling special equipment for eavesdropping, so they immediately filed a case for investigation.

After investigation, the suspect Pan mou, who has been engaged in the mobile phone maintenance industry for many years, received a mobile phone maintenance post on the Internet in August 2021, in which the other party proposed to modify the front camera of the phone to the position of the headphone Jack. Pan so-and-so modified the mobile phone camera according to the request of the other party, and charged 200 yuan for the conversion fee.

Pan, who tasted the "sweetness", felt that this was a channel to make money, so he posted "mobile camera modification" peddling information on a second-hand mobile phone trading platform in order to find customers. each modified mobile phone charges customers 1000 yuan to 1900 yuan to make a profit. by the time of the case, Pan's illegally modified mobile phone had been sold to 23 provinces and cities, involving nearly 150 illegal buyers and nearly 300000 yuan involved.
