The R & D team of Jingke Energy has developed many advanced technologies suitable for large size, such as bulk defect passivation, graded polysilicon film layer, metal interface recombination inhibition, etc., realizing conversion efficiency of 26.4%, breaking through the conversion efficiency of 26.1% created in October this year again.

Jingke Energy has put into production the industry's largest N-type TOPCon battery capacity of 35GW, and the world's largest N-type crystal pulling capacity of 20GW, which strongly supports the company to achieve product shipment targets and continuously deliver efficient N-type component products.

CTOnews.com learned that the Tiger Neo series components based on N-type TOPCon technology independently developed by Jingke Energy have exceeded 600W+ at present, and the mass production efficiency of TOPCon batteries has reached more than 25% across the board.

Jingke Energy said that the company's N-type TOPCon technology achieved higher mass production efficiency and better mass production costs than traditional PERC and other N-type technologies of the same period. Next year, shipping N-type components will become the main force, accounting for more than half.
