According to public reports, in March this year, Zeng Qinghong, chairman of GAC Group, said in an interview with the media that he was promoting the capitalization operation of Ruqi Travel and planned to start listing next year.

According to the official website of Ruqi Chuxing, Ruqi Chuxing is a mobile travel brand under GAC Group, which is jointly invested and developed by GAC Group and Tencent. It was officially launched in Guangzhou on June 26,2019. Its business covers Ruqi Express, Ruqi Enterprise Vehicle, Ruqi Shunfeng, Ruqi Car Clothing and Ruqi Robotaxi.

Enterprise information shows that since its establishment, Ruqi Chuxing has completed 3 rounds of financing. In April 2019, it obtained angel round financing invested by Tencent; in December 2021, it obtained strategic investment from Wenyuan Zhixing; in April 2022, it obtained Series A financing of more than RMB 1 billion yuan, led by GAC Group, followed by Guangzhou Investment, Lingnan Holdings, Wenyuan Zhixing, Xiaoma Zhixing and other institutions.
