CTOnews.com, December 8, according to the Shenzhen Tower, Shenzhen Metro Line 12 was opened to traffic at the end of November. Before the opening, Shenzhen Tower took the lead in coordinating Shenzhen Telecom, Shenzhen Mobile and Shenzhen Unicom to complete full 5G signal coverage of stations and tunnels. This is the first time that Shenzhen has achieved full 5G signal coverage of the three operators in the cross-sea tunnel.

Shenzhen Metro Line 12 runs from Zuo Fortress East Station in the south to Haiyuan East Station in the north, with a total length of 40.54km, with a total of 33 stations, including 9 transfer stations (with a total of 20 long-term planned transfer stations). It is the first subway line in Shenzhen to operate in PPP mode, and it is also the line with the largest number of stations, ancillary projects and transfer stations (including long-term planning) in Shenzhen Metro Phase IV project, with the first cross-harbour tunnel of Shenzhen Metro.

CTOnews.com learned that in 2022, the Shenzhen Tower will undertake the construction of a public network of five subway lines, with a total mileage of about 130km.
