December 8 news, according to foreign media reports, Australian express freight company Team Global Express ordered 36 Volvo electric trucks, which is Volvo's largest order for electric trucks in Australia so far.

Team Global Express reportedly ordered the Volvo FL Electric, a truck designed for urban distribution and carrying 5.5t. Volvo expects the trucks to be operational in Sydney by the first quarter of 2023.

Volvo trucks, the only truck maker in the world with a full range of electric trucks, aims to account for half of its global new truck sales by 2030.

It is reported that Volvo has received orders from many companies. In North America, the company signed truck agreements with Performance Team, Amazon, McDonald's and other companies owned by logistics giant Maersk.

Last year, Performance Team, a Maersk company, ordered 16 Volvo electric trucks. At the end of March this year, the company ordered another 110 Volvo electric trucks, the largest order for electric trucks received by Volvo trucks.
