CTOnews.com, December 8 (Xinhua)-- Zhiwen Group (formerly Momo) released its results for the third quarter of 2022, which showed that the revenue of Zhiwen Group in the third quarter was 3.233 billion yuan, down 14% from the same period last year. The net profit attributed to Zhiwen Group was 450.8 million yuan, compared with 403.2 million yuan in the same period last year. Excluding US general accounting standards, the net profit attributed to Zhiwen Group was 535.8 million yuan, compared with 571.6 million yuan in the same period last year.

Zhiwen Group's revenue mainly comes from live broadcast, value-added services, mobile marketing and mobile games. In the third quarter, Zhiwen Group earned 1.658 billion yuan from live broadcast services, 1.538 billion yuan from value-added services, 28.2 million yuan from mobile marketing and 7.7 million yuan from mobile games.

CTOnews.com learned that in terms of operational data, the number of monthly active users of stranger App was 108.8 million in September 2022, compared with 115.5 million in the same period last year, and 20.9 million monthly active users were explored. In the third quarter of 2022, Momo paid 8.4 million users, compared with 9.3 million in the same period last year, and 2 million paid for exploration, compared with 2.9 million in the same period last year.

As of September 30, 2022, Zhiwen Group held 13.0213 billion yuan in cash, cash equivalents, short-term deposits, long-term deposits and restricted cash. Net cash from operating activities in the third quarter of 2022 was 444.5 million yuan.
