Shulou(Shulou.com)11/24 Report--

The title of the original text: "there are some difficult and complicated diseases in PPT. If you encounter one, you will have a big head. Will no one encounter all of them?" "

When you were working on PPT, have you ever been plagued by a problem for a long time and tried to solve it but couldn't find a solution?

When playing PPT, have you ever met other people who reported all kinds of errors on their own computers when everything was normal on their computers?

When learning PPT, have you ever felt that you were already familiar with a certain knowledge point, but felt unfathomable after reading other people's explanations?

If I'm right, then now the solution has come!

In this article, I would like to share with you 5 little knowledge of PPT.

The knowledge is very small, but it is very likely to make you crazy about it when you do PPT.

01. The inserted music cannot be played. This is a question that was asked this morning. The situation is as follows:

After the music is inserted in the PPT, the music is embedded normally. After selecting the audio, click play in the "play" tab, or click the music suspension play button, you can play normally.

However, when you open the Animation tab, click Preview or press F5 to show a slide, the music will not play properly.

This is relatively uncommon:

First, this is the format of the .pptx suffix, and the higher version can play more audio formats, not media compatibility.

Second, select the audio and click the play button to play, indicating that it is not the problem of hyperlinked media or embedding.

Third, the audio is set to "play in the background", indicating that it is not the problem of animation settings or triggers.

Finally, I turned on the slide show settings and found that the document checked "No Animation during Show":

Click OK after unchecking the box, and the music can be previewed and played automatically.

This usually occurs when the company has a prescribed PPT template, or a PPT template downloaded from the Internet, where the animation is disabled so that the music cannot be played.

02. After opening, prompt the protected view to download PPT files from the Internet, or files received through tools such as Wechat, and prompt that they may contain viruses. Open them in the protected view:

If you are not familiar with the computer, you must be scared to see this hint and think that your computer has been poisoned.

In fact, it has almost nothing to do with the virus, just click to enable editing, or set it in PowerPoint, and there will be no more prompts.

The steps to set up are as follows: first click the "Files" tab to open the PowerPoint option:

After opening the Trust Center settings, select the protected view option and uncheck the first "enable protected view for files from Internet":

In addition, if you later pop up a prompt to open a file with macros, you can also set the trusted documents and Macro Settings options one by one:

Click OK, and then receive the file from Wechat, or download the PPT file from the Internet to open, there will be no pop-up prompts.

03. Picture or shape is not natural since version 2016 and above can play smooth switching effect, I feel that everyone's enthusiasm for learning animation is much lower, it is really too simple and easy to use.

But have you ever come across a situation where the smooth switching between the two pages is not natural after adding a three-dimensional rotation to a shape or picture?

We have mentioned this issue before, but it is not comprehensive enough.

In fact, there are two cases, one is to add a three-dimensional rotation to the shape of the second page, changing only the rotation of the XYZ axis, but not adding perspective.

At this point, if you add a smooth switch directly to the second page, the effect is likely to be as follows:

The smoothing effect is unnatural because when the shape of the second page sets 3D rotation, light attributes are automatically added to it:

Shapes that are drawn directly do not have light attributes:

This results in a different number of shape property settings between the two pages, so there is no natural transition when switching smoothly.

We just need to choose a random light source for the shape of the first page, such as the first one on the first line:

At this point, the smooth switch between the two pages is correct:

In addition to the differences in light source properties, there is a second situation that can also make smooth switching unnatural, that is, perspective properties.

When the shape of the second page not only adds rotation of the XYZ axis, but also turns on the perspective parameter:

Even if the light source is set on both pages, the smooth switching effect will be as unnatural as the following figure:

This is because the perspective property of the second page is activated, while the perspective property of the first page shape has not been activated and is still gray:

Just select any rotation with perspective in the 3D rotation preset, and then change the parameters to 0:

Or, with the shape selected, use the add perspective function in the OK plug-in 3D group to activate the perspective property with one click:

At this point, let's take a look at the smooth switch between the two pages, and the effect is very natural:

This paper takes the shape as an example, in fact, the principle of three-dimensional smooth switching of the picture is the same as activating the light source and perspective properties.

04. How the text is not aligned is a very common problem when doing PPT. Obviously, the properties of the two text boxes look the same, but why are they not aligned?

This problem seems simple, but in fact, there are many situations, and the text is affected by a variety of parameters.

In the first case, both text boxes are centered, but the text box below is indented by the first line, so it doesn't look aligned:

In the second case, the text box is indented before the text:

In the third case, instead of indenting, the upper and lower left and right margins of the text box are adjusted, resulting in misalignment of the text:

In the fourth case, the margins of the text box remain the same, but the vertical alignment is modified so that the text below looks taller:

In the fifth case, the paragraph leading or trailing distance in the paragraph setting is modified so that the multi-paragraph text does not appear to be aligned:

Or if you change the line spacing, it will also cause the multi-ended text to be misaligned:

In the sixth case, the character spacing of the text is modified, widening or indentation causes the text to fail to align:

In the seventh case, the ruler or tab stop causes the text to appear misaligned:

In the eighth case, none of the above parameters are adjusted, but the text below is more left-sided:

This is the most special case, where it is useless to clear the format, and there is no parameter setting entry in PPT.

Because the text box is copied from Word, Word can also set the right indent property after selecting the text, while left indent can only be set in PPT, so that the right indent parameter is hidden and cannot be modified:

If you encounter this situation, it is recommended that you directly create a new text box and re-enter the text.

At this point, the PPT text alignment problem is basically finished. If anyone asks you why it is not aligned, remember to send the article directly to him.

05. About the use of PPT guides, I am often asked all kinds of questions, which are briefly listed in this article.

First of all, the guides in PPT are divided into smart guides and ordinary guides.

The short red dashed lines that appear when you drag elements, as well as guides with arrowheads, are smart guides:

Smart guides are often used for quick alignment, but if there are too many elements on the page, it is recommended to turn off the smart guides before dragging, otherwise too much computation will lead to stutters.

There are three types of common guides. The first is that guides that are added directly to the normal view are gray by default:

Second, the guides added to the master layout are yellow by default:

The guide cannot be modified in normal view, and different layout guides can be set separately for different layouts under the same master:

In other words, if you want to use multiple guide schemes in a PPT, there is no need to delete the previous reset, just switch the layout.

Third, add guides to the slide master, which is red by default:

Similarly, master guides cannot be modified in layout and normal view, and you can set up multiple masters and add different master guides:

It is important to note that all three guides can be selected and right-click to change the color, and can coexist in normal view:

Finally, setting guides manually is relatively laborious, and you can add, modify, and delete them with the help of the PPT plug-in.

Here is a list of the locations of the six different PPT plug-in guide features, which can be used selectively according to the plug-ins you install.

OneKey 10:

OKPlus:

ISlide:

Pocket animation:

BrightSlide:

Qingtools:

The above six PPT plug-ins are all included on AboutPPT. If you don't know anything about it, you can search for it.

At this point, today's five PPT knowledge points will all be introduced.
