CTOnews.com, December 7 (Xinhua)-- Apple ranked second in global smartphone shipments in Q3 in 2022, but seven iPhone models, mainly the iPhone 13 series and the iPhone 14 series, topped the list of the world's top 10 best-selling smartphone models in the same quarter, according to a Strategy Analytics research report.

Among the top 10, iPhone 13 Standard Edition, iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro drive global demand for smartphones, ranking first, second and third in terms of shipments, respectively.

CTOnews.com learned that Samsung's three Galaxy A-series smartphones are in the top 10 in the Android camp, while Xiaomi's two Redmi models are in the top 20. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 became the most successful folding screen smartphone, with Q3 in the top 15 in 2022.
