(China Telecom), recently, two international standards for semiconductors led by China Electric Industry basic Research Institute have been officially released, which is also the first time that China has put forward and led the formulation of international standards in the field of microwave integrated circuits.

According to reports, the two standards aim at microwave integrated circuits widely used in 5G communications, electronic measurement and other fields, stipulate the index system and test methods of attenuators and limiters, provide standard support for standardizing product performance testing and quality evaluation, and effectively supplement and improve the existing standard system of microwave devices, reflecting China's technical level and strength in this field.

In recent years, China Institute of Electrical Industry Foundation has taken the lead in formulating and issuing four international standards to effectively enhance the international influence of semiconductor devices in China.

In addition, three international standards led and participated in by China Electrical Science 40 were officially released in November, among which the relevant standards for radio frequency connectors fill the gap in the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission.
