Its business scope includes artificial intelligence application software development; artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platform; integrated circuit chip design and service, etc.

It is reported that Huixi Intelligent is a developer of automatic driving large computing chip, and its co-founder Zhang Jianyong previously served as assistant vice president of Weilai Auto Automatic Driving.

Lei Jun said that Xiaomi automatic driving technology adopted the full-stack self-developed technical layout strategy, and the project had made more than expected progress. The goal is to enter the first camp of autonomous driving in 2024. Xiaomi invested 3.3 billion yuan in R & D expenses in the field of autonomous driving in the first phase, established a top-level R & D team with a scale of more than 500 people, and steadily promoted the medium-and long-term industrial layout in the field of autonomous driving through wholly-owned mergers and acquisitions and industrial investment in upstream and downstream enterprises.
