CTOnews.com, December 6, according to a memo obtained by MacRumors, Apple will mark all iPad mini 3 pure Wi-Fi and cellular network models as "Obsolete" products within a few weeks.

Currently, only certain cellular models of the iPad mini 3 have been marked as discontinued, but that will soon change. IPad mini 3 maintains the same design as its predecessor, but its performance has been improved.

Apple designated the product as a discontinued product seven years after it was last sold. All hardware services for discontinued products are stopped, and service providers cannot order parts for discontinued equipment.

CTOnews.com learned that Apple iPad mini 3 was released in October 2014, using an A7 chip and adding Touch ID fingerprint recognition. It has a 7.9-inch screen, a 5-megapixel iSight camera, 1080p HD recording and Apple Pay.
