CTOnews.com, December 6 (Xinhua)-- Apple announced that HomePod mini smart speakers will be available in Finland, Norway and Sweden on Tuesday, December 13.

The HomePod mini, which sells for 1249 Norwegian kronor, 1249 Swedish kronor and 109 euros, will be available in white, blue, orange, yellow and starry gray.

CTOnews.com learned that HomePod mini provides 360-degree sound, uses Apple's voice assistant Siri, built-in Thread support, and supports the Matter smart home protocol. The two speakers can also be connected to form a pair of stereos. Apple launched support for Siri in Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian on HomePod earlier this year.

HomePod mini is compatible with iPhone SE, iPhone 6s or newer models and iPod touch (seventh generation) with the latest version of iOS, and iPad Pro with the latest version of iPadOS, iPad (fifth generation or newer models), iPad Air 2 or newer models and iPad mini 4 or newer models.
