SMIC SC3201 PFC controller can be matched with high frequency QR controller SC30xx series and synchronous rectifier controller SC35xx series to form a complete 80W-160W solution.

SMIC 100W solution demo demonstration takes 100W adapter design as an example, using the whole SC3201+SC3057+SC3503 scheme, high PF value and high efficiency can be obtained in the full input range. The full load efficiency of the whole machine can reach 94.3%, and the lowest input voltage of 90Vac can still reach the efficiency value of 92.3%. In the full voltage range, the PF value is above 0.9.
