CTOnews.com learned that Great Wall Automobile said that based on the new strategy, the company will focus on the GWM brand, formulate different development paths to comprehensively go out to sea according to the category characteristics of the five major brands, and differentiate the layout of new energy products according to the market and industrial policies of different countries and regions.

At present, Great Wall Motor has five major brands: Harvard, Tank, Great Wall pickup, Wei Brand and Eula. Overseas, Great Wall said it would enlarge the sales scale and value around Harvard and Great Wall pickup trucks, and build new category cognition around tanks, Wei Brand and Euler.

In 2022, Great Wall reached the milestone of 1 million overseas sales, and officially launched the GWM brand in Brazil, Malaysia and other markets. According to reports, Great Wall Motor will build global models represented by the third generation Harvard H6, Harvard JOLION, Great Wall Gun, Ola good Cat and so on in overseas markets.

In the field of new energy, Great Wall Motor has established the technological development route of hybrid, pure electricity and hydrogen energy, and the cumulative R & D investment will reach 100 billion yuan by 2025.
