CTOnews.com learned that the total number of power stations in Xilai exceeded 1200 on November 6, covering all provincial administrative regions and 214 prefecture-level cities in mainland China. The coverage rate of electric area housing (the place of occupation and residence within 3 kilometers of the power station) reached 66.23%.
