CTOnews.com learned that as of December 5, Xilai had built a total of 330 high-speed power stations across the country and completed the layout of high-speed power exchange networks in five vertical, three horizontal and seven major urban agglomerations:

5 Longitudinal: G1 Beijing-Harbin Expressway, G2 Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, G4 Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway, G15 Shenhai Expressway

3 horizontal: G50 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway, G30 Lianghuo Expressway Su-Shan Section, G60 Shanghai-Kunming Expressway Shanghai-Hunan Section

Seven major urban agglomerations: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration, Dawan area urban agglomeration, Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration, middle Yangtze River urban agglomeration, Guanzhong urban agglomeration.
