In addition, vivo, Gree, Xiaomi, Lenovo, BYD, Baidu and so on are also in the top 10.

According to the cover data of the report on the number of invention patents granted by private enterprises in China (2021), the number of invention patents granted in China reached 696000 in 2021, and private enterprises accounted for seven of the top 10 domestic enterprises. Research shows that private enterprises are gradually moving towards the center of the innovation stage, becoming an important force in promoting China's scientific and technological innovation, and making increasing contributions to economic and social development, especially, innovation achievements are gradually widely used in communications, travel, payment, catering and other fields, constantly enabling people to improve their better life.

The top ten invention patents of private enterprises as an important part of the national economy, more and more private enterprises pay more attention to innovation and research and development, the technological level continues to improve, and the intellectual property ability is getting stronger and stronger. The research shows that the R & D input and expenditure of private enterprises continues to grow, and the output of innovation achievements continues to increase. The number of invention patents granted by the top 10 private enterprises in 2021 has increased at an average annual rate of 49.25% in the past three years.
