Article 34 of the revised interim measures for the Administration of online Taxi booking Service is revised as follows: whoever, in violation of these provisions, engages in online car-hailing business without authorization or in a disguised form, commits any of the following acts, shall be ordered by the taxi administrative department at or above the county level to make corrections, give a warning, and shall be fined respectively in accordance with the following provisions; if the case constitutes a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law:

(1) if the online taxi booking business license is not obtained, the online ride-hailing platform company shall be imposed on a fine ranging from 10000 yuan to 30000 yuan.

(2) if the online booking Taxi Transport Certificate is not obtained, the party concerned shall be imposed on a fine ranging from 3000 Yuan to 10000 Yuan.

(3) if a person fails to obtain a "network booking taxi driver's license", the party concerned shall be imposed on a fine ranging from 200yuan to 2000 yuan.
