According to Reuters, a draft contract shows that Delta pilots will get at least an 18% raise on the date the contract is signed, a 5% increase a year later, a 4% increase two years later, and a 4% increase three years later. After the agreement is approved, they will also receive an one-time subsidy equivalent to 22 per cent of their cumulative income between 2020 and 2022.
