Zhou Hongyi is the largest shareholder of Huafang Group, holding 38.21%.

CTOnews.com learned that the prospectus shows that Huafang's revenue from 2018 to the first eight months of 2021 was 1.993 billion, 2.831 billion, 3.684 billion and 2.96 billion, respectively. In terms of users and anchors, as of May 2022, Huafang Group had a total of 415 million registered users, 11.027 million anchors and 11.559 million anchor agencies.

However, the content ecology of Huafang Group has been accused of being on the verge of being "pornographic", and a large number of anchors on its live platform win eyeballs by scraping the edges. According to the information, from 2018 to March 2021, Huajiao TV operating company Beijing Secret Hefeng Technology Co., Ltd. involved five administrative penalties, all for the content of vulgarity and X hints in the live broadcast. and provide Internet cultural products that contain prohibited content, and so on. The fine is 10,000 yuan, 15000 yuan or 30,000 yuan. Similarly, Beijing Huafang Technology Co., Ltd. was involved in two administrative penalties for vulgar performance. In addition, the company's six-room show also involves illegal collection of personal information. According to the prospectus of Huafang Group, in the past, 33 anchors were included in the webcast warning list for displaying inappropriate content on the platform, and 25 of them were included in the warning list for the performance and language of sexual cues.
