"Sitan Semiconductor" is the chip design base for Sitan Technology to build the first phase of Micro-LED production line in Xiamen, focusing on the third generation semiconductor optoelectronic chip design and silicon-based CMOS driver chip design and taping, will really realize the complete closed loop of Micro-LED from design to taping, from pilot to mass production.

Sitan Technology has also signed strategic cooperation agreements with Wentai Technology, Longli Technology, Shunyu Optics and Nade Optics.

CTOnews.com learned that Stan Semiconductor's research and development achievements in recent years include more than a dozen exhibits such as green, blue and red monochrome Micro-LED display modules with screen sizes of 0.13-0.7inch and up to 10000 PPI, monogreen Micro-LED AR glasses and Micro-LED vehicle HUD.

At the same time, its first 0.18inch Micro-LED single-screen full-color display module and Micro-LED single-screen full-color AR glasses solution equipped with this module were displayed at the ceremony. Compared with the existing prototype products on the market, this AR glasses solution can increase the field of view by nearly 40% with the same optical machine, and the screen brightness can reach more than 10000 nits, which is also the highest brightness level of single-screen full-color products on the market.

In the past, Sitan Technology has fully run through the technical route in the pilot line and achieved small batch shipments to downstream customers. With the landing of monochromatic and full-color production lines in Xiamen, Sitan Technology will further improve the Micro-LED mass production capacity, yield and reliability to fully meet the application needs of downstream customers and aim at mass production and commercialization.
