CTOnews.com December 3 news, citing the US media FOX reported that a pair of masked bandits escaped after openly robbing an Apple Store in California in broad daylight during Black Friday. The video of the robbery, which has been circulated on YouTube, Twitter and other platforms, showed Apple staff watching without stopping it, and told customers not to interfere with their actions to avoid conflict, and the two men took away tens of thousands of dollars worth of property.

The robbery took place in Apple's flagship Apple Store store on Palo Alto. The video shows two suspects ripping products such as iPhone from the booth and stuffing them into backpacks, while dozens of customers can be seen watching.

Apple staff said to customers: "You gotta back up, man" and "Let'em go" to prevent customers from clashing with the robbers. In the video, a consultant can also be heard asking: "Yo, should we stop'em?"

CTOnews.com learned that, citing local media Palo Alto Online, police are currently looking for the two robbers, who took away goods worth $35000 (about 246000 yuan). Palo Alto police chief James Reifschneider told the media that during the theft, an employee in the store heard one of the suspects threaten to use violence against customers if someone tried to stop them.
