CTOnews.com news on December 2, Xinwanda announced that its subsidiary Xinwanda Automotive Battery plans to invest in the construction of Xinwangda Automotive Electronics Electric White Base Project (tentative) in the jurisdiction of Dianbai District people's Government, Maoming City, Guangdong Province.

The project focuses on the development of new energy automotive electronic intelligent manufacturing and other emerging industries, mainly engaged in battery management system (BMS), body controller (BCM), vehicle controller (VCU) and other products R & D and manufacturing.

According to the announcement, the total investment in the project is planned to be 4 billion yuan, of which the total investment in fixed assets in the first phase of the project is 1.8 billion yuan and the total working capital is 500 million yuan. The project will invest in the construction of battery management system (BMS), car body controller (BCM), vehicle controller (VCU) and other production lines and related supporting facilities: the project will be implemented in two phases, with a planned investment of RMB 2.3 billion in the first phase and RMB 1.7 billion in the second phase.

CTOnews.com learned that Xinwanda was founded in 1997 and is mainly engaged in the research, design, production and sales of lithium battery batteries and modules, and landed on the gem of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2011. The company has developed into six industrial clusters of 3C consumer batteries, electric vehicle batteries, energy technology, intelligent hardware, intelligent manufacturing and industrial Internet, and third-party testing services, to provide more green, fast and efficient new energy integration solutions.
