CTOnews.com December 2, developer ThatGameCompany announced today that "Sky Light encounter" will be launched on PS4 and PS5 platforms on December 6 to support cross-platform online games. At the same time, the PS platform exclusive style traveler kit will also be launched.

CTOnews.com learned that ThatGameCompany had previously developed the 2013 best game "Windy Traveler" and the critically acclaimed "Flower," and that "Sky encounter" was their first independent release after working with Sony. It was originally released on iOS platform on July 18, 2019, followed by Android and NS versions, and Chinese mainland was distributed by NetEase.

The game scene is divided into seven main maps (chapters), namely encounter (initial map), Morning Island, Yunye, rainforest, Xiagu, dusk, Forbidden Pavilion, Storm Eye (divided into two parts), and there are some small maps and even hidden maps in the big map.

Players will manipulate a son of Light (Children of the Light) to explore, collect the actions of their ancestors, gradually uncover the truth of the decline of the sky kingdom, and finally use the wings of light to save the traveler in Storm Eye, be redeemed and reborn. The game supports up to 8 people on the map to connect at the same time.
